Mr. Savage is a skilled litigation attorney with extensive experience in state and federal courts and expertise in diverse areas of the law including motor vehicle negligence, maritime personal injury, criminal defense, family and domestic issues.  Attorney Savage is enjoying a successful legal career. In 2009, Mr. Savage secured a settlement in excess of $1 Million Dollars for a client that was injured in a case against a multi-national corporation and a local industry titan, involving issues relative to products liability, premises liability, general negligence, and third party "bystander" damages.  It was his biggest success to date.

Mr. Savage personally manages all aspects of cases from inception through completion, and focusing on maintaining close relationships with the clients.  He combines excellent legal research and writing skills and clear, concise, structured legal arguments into calculated and aggressive motion practice, to secure favorable rulings on substantive issues, yielding a high success rate in settling damages claims, resolving contentious domestic issues, and facilitating favorable plea agreements.  Mr. Savage has an exceptional talent for trial advocacy, and the ability to combine expert analytical, investigative, organizational, and courtroom litigation skills to prepare a powerful case on behalf of a diverse group of clients.

As a regular part of his trial practice, Mr. Savage develops detailed PowerPoint Presentations for voir dire, witness examination and closing arguments, to educate the jury as to my client's theory of the case and highlight the fallacies of the opposition's case.  Mr. Savage has a strong acumen for appellate advocacy, regularly filing supervisory writs and appeals to have the Appellate Court, and if necessary, the Louisiana Supreme Court, review unfavorable determinations.  Argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for the State of Louisiana.
